TRINITY WEEKLY BULLETIN - Week commencing 27th January 2025

Whole School Updates

SIAMS

Our SIAMS inspection took place this week and the inspector found much evidence that Trinity was a kind, happy school, with pupils who engage with our school vision of 'who is my neighbour?' While we have to wait for a few weeks for the formal report, we were delighted by the inspectors verbal feedback. Thank you to all of the pupils, parents, staff and governors who rallied round to show Trinity at its best.

Mural competition winner

We were so impressed by the volume and creativity of the entries we received for the school mural competition. In the end we choose three finalists and asked the whole school to vote for their favourite design. Contratulations to Teddy W in Zephaniah for her winning entry. Head over to our website to see the winning design and various other entries:

Our next second-hand uniform will take place on Tuesday 25th February. Forest School

Please remember to send your children in with clothes suitable for staying warm and dry while taking part in Forest School.

Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 3 & 4)

Coelho

One of our pupils brought in a blue test tube with monsters today (Friday) and we have discovered that it is missing. Please can we urge you to ask your child if they are able to help us locate the missing item.  We understand that things like this happen and that it can be very hard for children to own up, but we would very much like to see the item returned to its owner. If you would like to email in confidence then please reply to coelho@trinityprimaryschool.org. Please can we urge children not to bring non-school related items into school, as they inevitable get lost or cause issues with other children wishing they had similar items.

All LKS2

Please encourage children to log into Google Classroom to learn the dance for their play. The performance to parents and carers will take place on Wednesday 2nd April.

Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 & 6)

For Year 5 Pupils in Zephaniah, please look out for the email from Mrs Aiken regarding today's PSHE lesson.

For Year 6 pupils, please remind your children to bring goggles and swim hats on Fridays. Thank you to the parents who have given up their time to walk the Year 6's to and from the swimming pool.
