Trinity Talent Show is Back!

We’re excited to announce the return of the Trinity Talent Show! Over the past few years, children at Trinity have showcased their amazing talents to help raise funds for our school and our partner school in Uganda – New Brainstorm School. The show has become a much-loved event that students look forward to each year!

This year, we’re doing things a little differently to celebrate the huge variety of talent across the school. Each phase will hold its own auditions and children will vote for their top three acts. The selected acts will then go on to perform in the grand final of the Trinity Talent Show on Tuesday 15th July!

How to Get Involved

  • Children may audition individually or with others in their phase.
  • If they wish to perform with children from other phases eg siblings, please write “MIXED” in the section asking for Key Stage.
  • Register by Sunday 30th June - Link below

When signing up, please include:

  • The act’s name (or a group name, if performing together)
  • A brief description of the act
  • Any equipment or setup needed

To register your child’s act, please CLICK HERE and remember to indicate their Key Stage. We can’t wait to see the amazing talents on display this year – good luck to all our performers!

Summer Reading Challenge

From 5th July to 6th September, Henley Library will be running the Summer Reading Challenge to encourage children to continue reading over the summer and to help minimise the 'dip' in reading levels when children return to school in September. If your child(ren) takes part, please encourage them to bring their certificate into school and we will present it in our Achievement Assembly the first week back. More details can be found by CLICKING HERE and please see flyer at the bottom of the Bulletin.

Summer Holiday Support for Children on Benefits

If your child/children receive benefits-related free school meals and are in Reception to Year 11, they can attend 16 days of free activities over the summer holidays.  A nutritious meal is provided each day. To book onto the activities, please CLICK HERE. You do not need a voucher or code because the system will check that your child/children are eligible.

In addition, YouMove provides families in need with free and discounted activities. To apply for a YouMove card for your family CLICK HERE. Details of holiday activities can be found by CLICKING HERE. See flyers at the bottom of this Bulletin for more details.

Doodle Maths

Please remember to keep practising Maths by logging onto Doodle Maths several times per week. It makes such a difference and teachers can really tell when children have been solidifying their knowledge outside of school or not.

Bracelets in Memory of Gabby

In memory of Celeste and Eleneave’s late Auntie Gabby, Celeste and some children in Year 5 are making bracelets to raise money for Children in Need, a charity that was very close to Gabby's heart. Each bracelet costs £1.00. If you or your child would like to purchase a bracelet, please donate please CLICK HERE and make sure you leave your name. The children will make an array of bracelets for you to choose from and will deliver them to your child. Please only donate via the link – if you have previously donated your bracelet will still be delivered. https://www.justgiving.com/page/gabbywaite
