Informing school if someone different is collecting your child

If someone other than a child's parent / legal guardian is going to pick them up from school, we need to ask you to do the following:

  • Regular pick ups - for example a grandparent or nanny: If there is someone who will regularly collect your child from school, we can set them up as an authorised adult. To do this, we need the parent / carer to email the school office giving details, including the person's full name.
  • One off pick ups - for example going home with a friend for a play date: Please email both the school office (office.3254@trinity.oxon.sch.uk) and your child's teacher before 12 noon stating the full name of the person who will be collecting.

It seems obvious, but please always include your child's surname and their class name or year.
